If you have a google-run email server for a domain name you own,
sometimes google would reject email clients like Outlook, making
them to prompt you for user name and password, which when entered
don't do anything, and you end up with credentials popup window
not going away.

This means Google wants you to login and prove you are a person,
and not a computer, by making you take a captcha test.
This page will take you to the correct Google page that
lets you break the spell and go back to using your email client
software.
